What Support Options are Available?
Envirosoft. Inc. supports ICRT for the military either on an installation by installation basis or via a blanket contract to either a component or command.

How do I know if I currently have support?

Is training avaiable for ICRT?
Yes. Training Personnel are available to perform complete training on ICRT at your location or at an off-site location convenient to you. Click here to view more information about training.

What if I am not covered under a blanket contract and want support at my installation?

What type of support is covered in a support aggreement?
Provide technical support to the installation personnel as required. This support shall be limited to ICRT Version 1.0 and forward releases, software configuration, and database installation and conversion.
Help Desk personnel will:

Provide access and assistance via commercial telecom to installation personnel in support of the ICRT Version 1.0 and forward releases as required.

Provide access and assistance via electronic mail (e-mail) to installation personnel in support of the ICRT Version 1.0 and forward releases as required.

Yes. If you need specialized support such as reports or entry screens not currnetly contained within ICRT contact the ICRT Support Center by form mail or telephone and we will prepare a proposal for your specific support need.
