What Support Options are Available?
How do I know if I currently have support?
Contact the IPMIS for Windows Mobile Support Center by form mail or telephone to determine whether or not your installation is currently supported.
Is training avaiable for IPMIS for Windows Mobile?
Yes. Training Personnel are available to perform complete setup and training on IPMIS for Windows Mobile at your installation or at an off-site location convenient to your installation. Click here to view more information about training.
What if I am not covered under a blanket contract and want support at my installation?
What type of support is covered in a support aggreement?

Provide technical support to the installation personnel as required.  This support shall be limited to IPMIS for Windows Mobile Version 2.0 and forward releases, software configuration, and database installation.

Help Desk personnel will:

  • Provide access and assistance via commercial telecom to installation personnel in support of the IPMIS for Windows Mobile Version 2.0 and forward releases as required.
  • Provide access and assistance via electronic mail (e-mail) to installation personnel in support of the IPMIS for Windows Version 2.0 and forward releases as required.
Is on-site support available for software setup?
Yes. If you require additional support for software setupcontact the IPMIS for Windows Support Center by form mail or telephone and we will prepare a proposal for your specific support need..
Can I receive support on a one-time basis?
