1 Envirosoft reserves the right to limit each telephone call to one hour and to limit each call to one incident. Inquiries are limited to the following IPMIS product areas: installation, upgrade assistance, and basic functionality. Professional Advisors are not eligible for the Plan. Excluding occasional downtime for systems and server maintenance, company events, observed US holidays, and events beyond our control.

2 Envirosoft guarantees that a technical support representative will respond to a One-Time Support call within 1 hour after the call is placed in the support queue. Envirosoft does not guarantee that it will provide resolutions to questions within the guarantee period. Response times are not guaranteed during downtime for systems or server maintenance, company events, observed US holidays or events beyond our control. If a support representative does not take the call within the guaranteed response time, Envirosoft will provide free support for that call.
